Studio Policies for Viewing Images Online
Digital Preview Agreement
The digital previews are used for the sole purpose of viewing and placing your complete portrait order. Your digital previews are viewable online for approximately 30 days. The watermark labeling this set of digital previews, as the exclusive property of RV PHOTOGRAPHY, does not appear on the finished portraits. These digital previews or the photographs may not be scanned, copied, transferred, manipulated, altered, or moved from the website without the written permission of RV PHOTOGRAPHY. It is understood that it is in violation of Federal Copyright Law, 17 U.S.C. Section 102, to copy or reproduce any photographic image without the written consent of the copyright holder. RV PHOTOGRAPHY retains all copyrights and the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute negatives and/or photographic images in all print, broadcast, and/or electronic digital media.
Preview to Print Process
Low resolution digital preview images are posted to our website for the sole purpose of viewing and placing your complete order. “Previews” are defined as, “a preview of the image but are not professionally finished.” Previews viewed from the internet may not give an accurate representation of the true color, density, contrast, or brightness of an image due to many uncontrollable factors. Once an image is selected, RV PHOTOGRAPHY professionally finishes the image by color balancing, adjusting contrast & brightness, cropping, and other photo enhancements to ensure a high quality photographic print.
Portrait Orders Terms and Conditions
Since your portraits are a custom product your total order must be paid when your order is placed. RV PHOTOGRAPHY accepts VISA and MasterCard. We will notify you via e-mail or phone when your custom portraits are completed. Most portrait orders are completed in approximately 2-8 weeks depending upon the nature of the services requested and the season of the year. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or delivery. Due to the custom nature of our product there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Although we handle all our files carefully, we do not accept any liability for lost or misplaced files, digital previews, and/or negatives after your initial order has been completed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Model Release
I, the client of legal age and/or parent, give my consent to RV PHOTOGRAPHY’s staff to use my portrait images for display, advertising, promotions, or other purposes if they are so selected.
I agree with the studio policies and wish to view my previews.
I do not agree with the above studio policies.
